Ilene Leff — Associate Partner

Ilene is a management consultant focusing on consulting and coaching top management on improving organization effectiveness and developing human resources and compensation strategies.  She draws on her experience as a senior executive in human resources, strategy, marketing, and information technology to serve her clients, who include Boards and key executives of leading companies, non-profits, and professional services firms.  

Previously, she was a Managing Director at Eisner, an accounting and consulting firm, where she founded the Human Resources consulting practice.  In the 1990s, Ilene served  as Deputy Assistant Secretary for Management of HUD. 

Prior to joining HUD, she was an independent consultant in organization, strategy, human resources, and marketing.  Her clients included major professional services firms and consumer products companies.  She also served as the head of company-wide Human Resources for Revlon, Inc., and led the administrative functions for a division operating in 70 countries.  Ms. Leff began her business career at McKinsey & Company, where she where she worked in the firm’s compensation practice.
